I love the festive time! Wrapping up warm, cosey fire’s and of cause Christmas!! Nothing makes me more joyful than being around my family and friends over the festive season.
Hello, my merry band of misfits! This week’s blog – Christmas Feast or Christmas Famine?
That being said, my business does slow down – a lot.
As a web designer December is always a slow month, not many people want to start a project just before the holidays. What is it like for your business? Do you get seasonal lulls in sales? I usually get two a year, one during the summer around July / August and one November / December time.
Even though I know its going to happen ever year, I still feel a bit shocked and lost when it does happen. Do this happen to you? You’re happily working away and then all of a sudden, the phone stops ringing, and you look at the calendar and your like “oh yer!”
I’m trying to make the most of it this year, I’ve packed a few to many online courses into my free time! As most of you know I’m doing Lisa Johnsons One To Many program. We are coming to the end of the course content and I’m looking forward to giving you all my opinion and low down once I’m done!
I have also just started a Facebook group course with Tribe Geeks (https://www.facebook.com/groups/tribesforhomebusiness) don’t know if you have heard of them, but I’m loving the course so far! Again, will let you all know what I thought once I’m done, but all positive so far.
