No one told me! You all said it would be fun! Have a baby, think of how wonderful the Christmas’s will be! No one told me what two year old were like!
Hello, my merry band of misfits! This week’s blog – Ho Ho Ho or should it be No No No

Okay don’t get me wrong I love my little man so much it really is indescribable (its like a floaty, excited feeling – told you I couldn’t describe it) but no one told me I wouldn’t be able to have a tree! Or well decorations at all really!

I thought he would be thrilled, and well yes, he was undoubtedly thrilled but the twinkly lights and decorations. So thrilled after about two minuets he had tried to climb the tree! Does anyone else have a little monkey? Just climbs everything!

I looked it up online and 100’s of people a year perish in an incident involving a Christmas tree, no way I’m adding to that statistic! Okay so it might be overkill, but once I saw him with the tinsel, I had visions of it round his neck. I thought better safe than sorry this year!

So, this year I’m going to have a very busy Christmas Eve! Once he goes to bed, I’m going to decorate the whole house. No way we are missing out on Christmas day even if I do have to take it down within 24 hours!

Its funny isn’t it how far you will go for something that’s important to you. I know I’ve done similarly crazy things for my business. I’ve worked silly hours to get projects completed. I’ve sacrificed free time, family time and other people time for my business mission. Spent money I don’t have; taken on projects that I knew were going to be too much, just to do my best to offer the best service possible. But I did it all because its so important to me.

After my family my business is most important thing in my life. Not because of the income it gives me but because of the way it makes me feel. I love helping people, especially get more sales online. I know it sounds cheesy, but I get a real kick out of watching a client move up the Google rankings! Yes, I’m a big geek but I love it!

So, whether it’s putting up and taking down all the Christmas decoration in 24 hours or working a few extra hours to make sure your website is working properly. I do it because it’s important to me. It matters to me that my little man gets a Christmassy Christmas and it matters to me that your website is working for your business.
